In order to solve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction, our complaints department will review the complaint, to enhance the quality of our complaints handling. You will receive an acknowledgement. We will respond on your complaint within 14 days at the latest. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the arbitration department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where we are affiliated.
Since 15 February 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr.) If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the platform of the European Union.
