Inner cushion

The cushion filling is made of extremely soft, open cell foam. To ensure longevity, the cushion should be maintained and cleaned accordingly. 

Launder the inner cushion with a mild detergent up to 60C. We do not recommend that you use chlorinated and chemically aggressive washing products. A brownish dscolouration of the foam annot be avoided but has no effect on the quality of the foam. 

After washing and rinsing, please remove as much water as possible with the spin cycle. The inner cushion is best air-dried on a rack. It can also be tumble dried at 90C, but please avoid over-drying.

Please pump up the inner cushion regularly so that is retains its fluffiness and shape.

Cover

The Luvio dog med is made from 100% acrylic fibres with outstandig technical properties. It is UV-resistant, light- and colourfast (no fading, no washing out) as well as water repellent and stain proof, making it also suited for outdoor use. 

The fabric is very easy to keep clean - almost all stains can be wiped off. To ensure longevity, brush off dirt and dust regularly and remove stains immediately, before they can penetrate deeper into the fabric. The cover is machine washable at max. 40 C (gente cycle) or can be dry-cleaned.

After washing, let your cushion air-dry on a rack - do not put it in the tumble dryer. If needed, iron the fabric on a low setting suitable for synthetics without steam. 

For easy cleaning in between washes, simply vacuum the surface of the cover with an upholstery brush.
